[06/07/2007] Hi, I stayed from May20-24, 2007 at Villa no. 11 of Desamuda Seminyak. Overall, I enjoyed my honeymoon and the villa was great! So was the service. If any complaints at all would be on the last day when we were told to check out early because some other guest wanted our Villa #11 and wanted to check in at 12:00pm. That was annoying. Because we were already going to leave on that day and we were going to check out around lunch time anyway.

But the staff told us that she needed to vacate us early so housekeeping can clean the villa. She offered to put us in the next Villa which was Villa #9. It was a bit dirty and not kept very well. Plus I had to pack in a hurry. What I do not understand is that could not your staff have offered an alternative Villa to the guest instead of vacating us? Other than this incident, evrything else was good.

Just wanted to thank you for a great trip! All of the hotels and transfer were great.
