The name of this free online villa reservation services is Access Bali Villas. Access Bali Villas is operated by ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. in corporation with villas throughout Indonesia. All services offered in Access Bali Villas are legal, including reservation, quoted selling rates on Special Offer, published rates from villass, transaction via internet, banking or other ways determined by ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. is fully responsible for Access Bali Villas services. Responsibility is taken for all reservation made via Access Bali Villas and payment made from and for Access Bali Villas services. ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. is NOT responsible for the services provided by the villa chosen by clients. ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. guarantees that you will have the quality of services from the villas as stated in Access Bali Villas. The quality of service fully depends on the prestige of the villa chosen and shall be fully responsible for its services to you, the clients. ABL Ltd. is fully responsible for the identity of any client who participates in Access Bali Villas and for data which received by ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. Any internet user can benefit from the Access Bali Villas services by browsing at the database. "Special Offer" consists of room rates of villas throughout Indonesia. The rates at the Special Offer are those which are sold by ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. to its clients.

RATES

Rates in this services refer to the rates stated in the special offer which is offered by ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. Special offer is set up as a package of holiday. Any customer might or   should buy it as a product, and any services which is included in the products could not be sold separately.  Included in our special offer package are tax and service charges, return transfers, 4 days + 3 nights stay, 3 times breakfast, once cultural tour with lunch, luggage services, air conditioned coach, English speaking guide. Rates are applicable only when reservation is made through ABL Tours and Travel Ltd.  If you can not find out the rates of a villa you're looking for or your intended villa is out of our list, please contact us for more information.

Difference in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time. ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. can not hold the responsible for these differences.

No reservation will be proceed if we don't receive full credit card details. In the event of non-receipt, there will be notification that the reservation is incomplete. You may choose to send either by facsimile or Email. Your reservation will be confirmed within two working days. If the room at your selected villa is not available at the time, you will be notified by our staff an alternative villa with similar features will be suggested to you or alternatively your request will be put on waiting list. If your villa is not on our site, please supply us with details of the villa and we can follow up for you. Minimum length of stay is required 3 (three) nights. Short notice of reservation will be handled according to room availability of the villa. However, we shall normally require 14 (fourteen) days in advance. Please be aware on peak season e.g. millenium, reservation must be made far in advance to avoid inconvenience, minimum two months ahead is required.

After having confirmed your reservation, break down of pro forma invoice is clearly stated and sent to you. All transaction will be converted into Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the day of transaction. 

Prepayment is required for all hotel charges and additional services. This payment must be made in advance of your trip by credit card, or by telegraphic transfer to the following bank account:

A notification of confirmation number will be sent to you after payment has been done. Please print this confirmation number and bring together with you and show to the receptionist of the villa upon check in. Original voucher is directly sent by ABL Tours and Travel to respective villa. Only service(s) stated on the voucher will be on ABL Tours and Travel’s account and other expenses is on your personal account.

IN A LOW SEASON PERIOD :
Should your cancellation is made within these following periods; a cancellation fee will be charged over you.

1. Cancellation made within 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival date will be charged 70% fee of the total reservation amount.
2. Cancellation made within 3 (three) days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% fee of the total reservation amount.
3. No show/ cancellation made on the check in day will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

IN A HIGH SEASON PERIOD :
Should your cancellation is made within these following periods; a cancellation fee will be charged over you.

1. Cancellation made within 14 (fourteen) days prior to the arrival date will be charged 70% fee of the total reservation amount.
2. Cancellation made within 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% fee of the total reservation amount.
3. No show/ cancellation made on the check in day will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

IN A PEAK SEASON PERIOD :
Should your cancellation is made within these following periods; a cancellation fee will be charged over you.

1. Cancellation made within 30 (thirty) days prior to the arrival date will be charged 70% fee of the total reservation amount.
2. Cancellation made within 14 (fourteen) days prior to the arrival date will be charged 90% fee of the total reservation amount.
3. No show/ cancellation made on the check in day will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will charge your credit card 14 days in a low season & 30 days in a high & peak season. There will be 5% administration fee if cancellation is made before the above mentioned periods.

NOTE: the above mentioned conditions are inapplicable for reservation made in: Begawan Giri Resort, Pansea Puri Bali, Fours Season Resorts, Aman Resorts & ALL TYPE OF VILLAS.

As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.

ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. in cooperation with associated villas and other partner business act only as agent  for the respective villas, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall ABL Tours and Travel be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or villas described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of ABL Tours and Travel Ltd., or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or villa herein. If any villas and/or services are substituted, ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind and contract for accommodations or services.
