The resort includes secluded beaches with warm, clear turquoise water. The two-tiered,
infinity edged swimming pool has a waterfall lading from one pool to the next, flowing
over a walk through or swim-up grotto that houses a 42,000 litre (11,000 gallon)
salt-water aquarium filled with indigenous marine life.
Sporting activities include the first
championship standard 18-hole golf putting course on the island. The 657-yard course,
total par 64, was designed by Ronald Fream and is the first at any Ritz-Carlton Hotel or
Resort worldwide.
Active vacationers can also utilize the
Tennis Pavilion with three lighted courts; Spa consisting of gymnasium, separate men's and
women's sauna, Turkish Baths and massage rooms. Billiards, table tennis and mountain bikes
of all sizes are available.
Children enjoy The Ritz-Carlton Kids
playground and program of supervised activities that shares the world of Balinese art,
drama and tradition. A separate swimming pool with a water slide is adjacent to the main
pool and Pasir sand sunning terrace.
