Amandari's swimming pool is
fashioned of emerald-green tiles. The curving sweep of lightly salted water mimics the
rice terraces the tumble below. Each evening, gamelan players perform from the music
pavilion behind the pool. The open-air Bar, close by the pool, offers a selection of
alcoholic and fresh-fruit drinks.
Amandari's
guest facilities include the library, with an outdoor patio
made for late afternoon tea and a good book. The floodlit tennis
court includes a bale and table for between-game refreshments.
The resort's
health and fitness center was built with wide, window views
to a lotus pond. The exercise room includes a variety of equipment
and free weights. The Balinese-style complex also features change
